Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Service Description
BN Transport provides premium private driver and transportation services. We connect customers with professional drivers for various transportation needs including airport transfers, hourly hire, and special events.
Booking and Payment
When you make a booking, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Pay all applicable fees and charges
- Be present at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time
- Treat our drivers and vehicles with respect
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time are free of charge. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee of 50% of the booking price. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations.
User Conduct
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services. Inappropriate behavior towards our drivers may result in termination of service.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Pricing and Surcharges
Our pricing structure is as follows:
Standard Transfers (up to 50km)
- €2.50 per kilometer
- Minimum fare: €75
Intercity Transfers (over 50km)
- €2.30 per kilometer
- Minimum fare: €120
Additional Surcharges
- Night service (22:00-06:00): +25%
- Weekend service (Saturday-Sunday): +15%
- Public holidays: +30%
- Airport pickup/drop-off: +€15
- Excess luggage (more than 2 pieces): +€5 per piece
Waiting Time
- €40 per hour (charged in 15-minute increments)
- First 15 minutes are complimentary for standard bookings
Payment Terms
- We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements have been made
- All prices are in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes
